When the Stalinist regimes collapsed in Russia and Eastern Europe in the early 1990's and when Chinese Stalinism moved to capitalism, the US corporations and their representatives in the White House and the Pentagon moved to fill the vacuum. As the US regime explained at the time it moved to establish "full spectrum domination" to establish total control over the world. They have been having some success in this ever since. |
